Where can I find a catalog of your products?

We currently have no printed version of our catalogue in stock. All products are available on our website. Subscribe to our newsletter for the latest information of all our latest news and offers, or follow us on social networks (Facebook, Instagram).

How do I delete my Agivir account?

To request the deletion of your account and all your data, please contact us via this contact form. All of your data will be erased, including your order history and invoices, but you will be able to re-create an account later using the same e-mail address.

How do I place my order?

  1. View the items that interest you and add them to the basket.
  2. If you want to continue shopping, click on "Continue shopping" and repeat the previous step. If you wish to confirm your order, select the "Order" button. You must then identify yourself or register, and enter the information necessary for billing and delivery of your items.
  3. Complete and verify your contact details, delivery and billing address.
  4. Select a delivery method from the options available.
  5. Choose the method of payment by credit card.
  6. You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. If you do not receive it, please check your spam.

AGIVIR reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason (a problem with the order received or a problem with the supply of items).

What payment methods are available?

Payment for orders is made by bank card (Visa or Mastercard). At the last stage of placing your order, you enter your banking details on our banking provider's secure server. The debit is made as soon as the order is placed. You are on a 3D Secure merchant site, so if your card is identified as 3D Secure, your bank's  authentication page will be displayed when the payment is being made, allowing you to enter your password and pay securely.

How can I use an advantage code?

The advantage code you have obtained must be entered in your basket.

Can I order by phone?

We do not accept orders over the phone. Your order must be placed on our site www.agivir.com

I selected the wrong article. How can I cancel or modify my order?

In order to deliver orders as soon as possible, we have reduced our parcel preparation and shipping times as much as possible. As a result, we are not able to change or cancel orders once they have been oplaced.

If you forgot an item in an already validated order, you just have to place a second order with the additional item. It will be sent to you in a separate package with a different order number and tracking number.

You can also refuse receipt of the package. In this case, thus, the package will be returned to the sender and you will be reimbursed within the times indicated in our General conditions of sale.

What should I do if my package is damaged or an item is broken or has imperfections?

If you notice your package is damaged at the time of delivery that your package is damaged, you have two options:

  • Refuse the package which will then be directly returned to the sender.
  • Accept the package while reporting the deterioration of its packaging.

Then contact our Customer Service using  this contact form and provide the following:

  • A photo showing the whole package (exterior) on which the label can be seen
  • A photo of the opened package showing the contents
  • A photo of the damaged part of the article

If the package is intact but an item has arrived damaged or broken, contact our Customer Service immediately using this contact form and provide a photo of the damaged item. Our team will deal with the problem as soon as possible.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How can I exchange the article or get a refund for an item that is not suitable?

You can exchange all or part of the items ordered during 30 calendar days by returning them to us:

The costs of returning these items are your responsibility. The articles must be accompanied by your proof of purchase (internet invoice), must not have been used or damaged and be in their original packaging.

Agivir will cover the shipping costs for sending the package containing the replacement products and will reimburse you if there is any price difference between the two products by crediting the bank card used for the original purchase.

If you wish to exchange a product for an equivalent article, please indicate its reference on the invoice.

If the item you wish to receive in exchange has a higher price, please request a refund and place a new order.

DELIVERY

What are the different delivery methods, times and cost?

Shipping costs are calculated according to the delivery address, tracking service chosen, the dimensions and weight of the package. Shipping costs are displayed in your basket as soon as you have entered the delivery address in your account. Until  the delivery address is entered, the shipping costs shown are based on a delivery in mainland France.

The delivery time is shown once the delivery service has been chosen and entered.

Standard delivery is free in France from €129 including tax.

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in France. Weekend orders will be shipped the following Monday.

  • Colissimo – In pick-up points or post offices (France only)

From € 1.99. Delivery time is 2 to 4 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Shipping costs are free for any order of an amount greater than or equal to € 129 for delivery in mainland France.

  • Colissimo – At home (France)

From € 2.99. The delivery time is 2 to 4 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Certain bulky items (longer than 149cm) cannot benefit from the free shipping offer, regardless of the delivery address.

In which country(ies) do you deliver?

For the time being we only deliver in mainland France and Germany.

How can I track my package's progress?

You can track your parcel on the Colissimo or Chronopost website using the tracking number shown in your personal space ("Order history" and then "Tracking number") and in your order's confirmation e-mail.

If your package tracking indicates it has been delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check the delivery address on the "History and details of my orders" page.
  2. Carry out searches around the delivery location. Check if your package (or a calling card) has been left in your mailbox, with one of your neighbors or caretaker or in a safe place such as a porch, garden or garage.
  3. Check if someone has been able to receive the package on your behalf.

Also bear in mind that weather conditions or public holidays can sometimes delay your delivery by a few days.

If my package has been "in the process of being delivered to a collection point" for a few days, what is happening?

If delivery is to be made to a Point Relais, Colissimo tracking may indicate that "Your package is being prepared for delivery" for a few days.

It may happen that the delivery driver or shopkeeper fails to scan the barcode on the package upon arrival. As a result, tracking on the internet will not update and your package will be displayed as "out for delivery" when in fact it has been delivered.

In this case, we advise you to contact the Point Relais or go there personally.

How does AGIVIR surface treatment work?

AGIVIR ™ surface treatment consists of silver particles, a substance known since antiquity for its bactericidal properties. How to maintain AGIVIR products?

To maintain AGIVIR products' virucidal characteristics, it is strongly recommended to regularly clean the surfaces with a neutral detergent such as Serge Ferrari Cleaner 500 or equivalent.

Soak a clean cloth with cleaning liquid and rub the entire surface of the AGIVIR ™ product. Remove excess active cleaner with a dry, clean cloth.

IMPORTANT : Avoid cleaning with solvents, aggressive or abrasive products.
